People come to yoga for many reasons, maybe you ‘d like to become more flexible or strong, you might want to loose weight, lead a healthier life. Or maybe you suffer from anxiety or you are stressed or burned out. Or maybe something is missing in your life, but you can’t pinpoint what it is. You look for a fulfilled life with purpose. You can find all this in yoga.
Yoga relieves pain in your body, in your back, you will get a better posture, gain strength and flexibility, and you detoxify your body. Longterm injuries can be improved and even healed. On the physical level we try to realign and purify our body, to lead a healthier life.
By drawing or senses inwards, we can observe our mind, our reactions and emotions. Through Yoga we learn to observe our own patterns and therefore are able to consciously change our behaviour towards negativity. What we learn on our yoga mat we will take with us into our daily life.
Yoga reduces stress symptoms, you gain self-confidence and therefore deal better with challenging times. yoga calms your mind and will make you happier and you will feel good about yourself .
Yoga will open the door to self-awareness, which will lead to question about your life, yoga connects you with your inner self, with your spirit, and answers will arise.
We run regularly beginners' courses for people who are completely new to yoga or have some experience, or for people who'd like to get back to yoga after a break.
Theses courses will teach you all the essentials you will need to begin your yoga journey, instilling you with the groundwork and confidence to attend regular classes or begin a home-practice.
Join our regular weekly 'Complete Beginners Yoga' and 'Vinyasa for Beginners' classes, to get started, no previous yoga experience is required.
If your fitness level is quite ok or you have little experience in yoga or would like to get back into it, than try our 'Beginners' Vinyasa Yoga' class on Tuesdays 6pm, or Deep Hatha Flow or Yin & Yang classes.
You can also book a private class to get you started again.
If you come for the first time to Yoga Creation, you should arrive about 15-10 minutes before your first class starts, we will ask you to fill out a form to register with Yoga Creation (we do not share any personal information with any third parties).
If you like to try a class, we recommend to buy a single class.
We distinguish between 60 minutes classes and 90 minutes classes.
If you pay at the studio only cash or cheques are accepted.
After the registration you can get changed in our changing room.
Wear comfortable clothes and yoga is done barefooted.
You can leave your clothes in the changing room and take your valuable things into the yoga room and put it in the shelf. Afterwards grab a yoga mat, which we provide.
The teacher will show you where the mats and everything else is.
